Skip Cadorette

Skip grew up in Port Townsend and in First Baptist Church of Port Townsend. He graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Biblical Studies. He then worked at Pacific Science Center in Seattle for twenty years. (PSC was his seminary.) Concurrent with that, Skip also DJ’d for KCMS (Now Spirit 105.3) for five years and was employed as a Worship Leader for Arlington United Church in Arlington, WA

In the Spring of 2000, God began to work and to move. Ultimately, Skip left Pacific Science Center in October of 2000, and on November 1 began as Pastor of First Baptist Church of Port Townsend. Skip says: “I am still amazed that God loved me and trusted me so much as to call me to serve people I already loved in a town I already loved through a church I already loved.”
